Dancing has been our life – it is what brought us together! We have both danced from a very early age and have taught in many different situations. We are both fully qualified professional Associates of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (AISTD) in Modern Ballroom and Latin American Dancing, and are currently working towards qualifying for the Latin American Licentiate professional teaching qualification. Sharon was also recently a nominee for the prestigious 2022 Phyllis Haylor Scholarship.

We have and still are receiving top training from the best. Over the many years we have taught in various situations including large classes, private lessons, wedding dances, helping people with disabilities, on cruise ships and even the occasional street party! We have an excellent record of achievement and are able to teach pupils of all standards. Our experience include many years of medal and examination work entering dancers in the ISTD amateur examinations.

We run very relaxed, friendly, informal classes with a welcoming atmosphere and can offer either a group class or one to one tuition. We love to teach those of you who tell us you have two left feet – no problem! We also hold social dances and practise sessions throughout the year for you to practise those moves that have been learnt during class, keep a look out in the “upcoming dances” section.
