Sharon is the Principal teacher at Danceasy. She has been running the school for the past 5 years and is dedicated to her dancers. Her main aim is to make the classes fun and enjoyable, whilst at the same time providing a first class and knowledgeable lesson.
Sharon started dancing as a teenager and worked through amateur examinations in both roles (follower and leader) gaining double degrees in both Ballroom and Latin American with honours.
After marrying and bringing up 6 children she decided to go into the teaching field and has recently gained her qualification as an Associate in the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. Over the past few years she has helped pupils to gain examination passes with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
She is still continuing to develop her knowledge and skills by taking further professional examinations with the I.S.T.D. as an ongoing venture.
Graham has been teaching dance for approximately 20 years within the Chelmsford area. He has been helping to run Danceasy for the past 5 years (and he is still smiling – who knows why?)
After achieving the highest amateur award possible in his early 20s he decided to turn professional and qualified as an Associate with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
Through the years Graham has helped pupils to gain examination passes in the amateur field to the highest award. He has worked with pupils with learning difficulties, the disabled and the blind in helping them to appreciate the world of dance.
He is also continuing to develop his skills and knowledge by continuing to take further professional examinations with the I.S.T.D. (He is worried that others (Sharon) may become more qualified than himself!!!!! Watch this space anything can happen!!!).
