New Classes 2017

It would appear that a small majority of dancers have misread our new classes from 31st January 2017.  Our new Introductory Class will be at the standard of our present Beginners Class, our new Beginners Class will be at the standard of our present Improvers Class and the Advanced Class is a completely new class.

Please remember we are back week commencing 9th January 2017 with our present format.  The new classes do not come into effect until the week commencing 30th January 2017. Sorry for any confusion.

Looking forward to seeing you all again from 9th January 2017.

'Born to Dance'

Interesting article in this months Focus magazine. 'This is why we dance'
It quotes: 'A growing body of research suggests, we are born to dance ..... as with any intense physical acitivity, dancing can also release endorphins - the feel-good, pain-relieving brain chemicals responsible for the so-called 'runners high' '
Worth a read and another good reason to make 2017 your year to learn to dance. Check out our Classes and programme page for further details, or feel free to contact us.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year to all our dancers, past, present and future.   Good health and happiness to you all!!!! x
